I greet every one with the blessings of God, our father.
My name is Clifton "Cliff" Lassiter! I am 22 years and i have been battling Lymyphoblastic Lukemia; for the last four years... off and on. I am the son of Richard and Patricia Lassiter. I am also the 9th child of 11! I was born and raised in Savannah, Georgia, and moved to of Newport News, Virginia when i was 8 years old. Life was difficult as my mother raised 9 children alone. We struggled severly and was faced many hardships. I graduated from Menchville High School located in Newport News in 2011. Whilst there I played Jv. Football, Varsity Football, I ran Indoor track and Outdoor, Track. I also played Rugby too. I compleded 4years of Air Force Junior Rotc. I earned many awards and decorations. Including being on the Honor Roll. After high school i went to Norfolk State University in located in Norfolk, VA. I paid my way through my freshman year cutting hair,I was the campus barber! I joined Army Rotc and beat 148 cadets out of a 150 cadet Batallion to earn a ArmyRotc Scholarship, they only had 2. I was disqualified from the scholarship in April of 2012. I was diagnosed with Lymphoma the first time not knowing i would have 3 more different tumors. including brain tumors, spinal cord tumors, and Lukemia, cancer of the blood. I transferred to Old Dominion University as Political Science Major. I aspire to be a Mayor, then a Governor, and to work my way up to be a Congressman. While serving God and doing his will healing people, peaching, teaching, and spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ, my Lord and Savior. I will not waste this money and splurge, as material posession, are nice to have they mean nothing. Life means the most to me. i am not working currently. However when i'm healthy I work as a security and a youth counselor. I also pay my taxes to the Government for the country, give my tithes and offerings to God and i give to the poor and needy out my heart. I will use this money wisely. Thank you for everthing, every bit counts.
