My friend Russ, while temporarily off work fighting cancer, just received a termination letter in the mail from his employer. He worked there for 37 years.  Russ has also donated his time as a member of the Macomb County Sheriff Reserve Marine Unit.   Russ is home fighting cancer and now without healthcare insurance or a source of income.
