Hey everyone, my name is Nancy Ruzicka, and I am the exec president and a senior at Clear lake high.
We are fundraising for our dream senior trip to Disney land! This trip was decided way back in 2019 during our freshman year. We fundraised almost every month, until everyone's worst nightmare, COVID hit. COVID took away 2 years of fundraising for our class. Yet, we did not let this stop us. As juniors, we hosted Prom and raised about $5000. We started fundraising yet again, nearly every month. However, even though we have put in the effort, those two years we lost will never be given back. We are a couple thousand dollars short for our Disney Land grad night adventure. Hopefully, with some more fundraising and community help the CLHS class of 2023 will be able to go to the happiest place on earth!
