I have been running a successful and popular dog training business in West Norfolk for the past 12 years and now we need our own space.
Clenchwarton village hall is up for sale and in order to save it from redevelopment I would like to keep it open and continue to hire it out to local groups whenever we don’t need it for our training classes.
I would also like to start a dog friendly cafe or coffee morning as well as other inclusive activities to bring some community back to the village.
I currently have a waiting list of over 18 months for dogs to join my classes. I have to use 4 different community halls which severely limits me to the amount of dogs and owners I can advise. Having our own space would mean so many more responsible dog owners can socialise and educate the four legged member of their family in a fun, positive and friendly place, as well as try out new activities such as agility, scent training and a ’growler’ class for antisocial dogs. Like all my current classes training would be carried out inside to avoid disruption to any neighbours.
Any money raised will go towards the deposit of a commercial loan for the remainder of the purchase price. I don’t live a flashy life and been saving scrupulously for many years but still don’t have what will be needed for a deposit. Everyone who kindly donates £10+ will get a free 1 hour group class or bacon roll from the cafe if I can reach the total.
Don’t feel obligated to leave a tip for GoFundMe as they take 2.9% of donations. Type £0 to remove it.
