Help Clem with medical and travel expenses

Hi all. I have put this go fund me page together to help my dad with some expenses that he is going to have after being discharged from the hospital. He had a heart attack around the 27th of September and was admitted to the hospital on Thursday the 28th. His troponin levels went from the 200's to over 1000. They should be lower than 0.1. It was found that his hemoglobin level was very low at 7.8, the doctor mentioned that at 7.6 the start planning for a blood transfusion. His iron level is also very low. His oxygen level was at 53%. He was so pale/white and was very cold to the touch. He had a chest x-ray and a CT Scan. After being seen in Hibbing at the ER, he was transferred to St. Lukes in Duluth so that he could be seen and monitored by a team or cardiologists. He spent some time in the ICU, had an echocardiogram and an angiogram. They did see some blockage but it is not advanced enough to have stents placed.
The doctors discussed dad having a colonoscopy and endoscopy to look for possible internal bleeding. They feel this is why his hemoglobin is probably low. At first, they discussed him having these procedures done at another time after discharge. This way his heart could heal more before a procedure that he needs to have anesthesia for. Then we noticed some blood. A gastroenterology doctor was contacted and added to dad's team. It is felt that the scopes should be done right away, so they will be done tomorrow October 4th. Depending on what they find will be the determing factor of what the next steps will be. Hoping they find no bleeding, or if they do it is something they can fixed easily.
Dad had an iron infusion and then a calcium carbonate infusion. The doctors were hoping the iron infusion would give him more energy. It didn't seem to do much.
At this time, dad will need to PT/OT when he returns home and some nursing services a few times weekly. He will have a walker to use mostly around his apartment for times he is feeling week and needs some assistance. We are hoping to get some other services in place too. His independence ia still a very high priority, as those that know him, know this is important to him.
Dad seems to be pretty shaken up with all of this and had even told me that he is going to need help, but doesn't want to be a burden to anyone. He will have appointments with his primary doctor, cardiologists, and I'm sure gastroenterologist too. Not sure if he will need any more iron infusions. The appointments, added, medications, and other services will add co-pays and others costs for him.
Hotel and food expenses have also been incurred since Thursday that causes worry for dad.
