My name is Salim R Rana, and I am a resident of North Vancouver, BC, Canada. I am launching this fundraiser to support a critical, life-changing initiative by InsytH2O Community Based Organization, a dedicated grassroots team operating in Narok County, Kenya.

Our Mission: Bringing Safe Water Close to Home

The communities in the Maasai Mara region face severe challenges accessing safe, reliable water. Women and children must walk miles daily to secure water that is often unsafe to drink.

InsytH2O CBO is preparing to drill a deep-water borehole to provide a permanent solution, bringing a reliable source of clean, safe water directly into the heart of the community. Because they are locally registered in Kenya, they do not hold US 501(c)(3) tax status, which prevents them from being listed directly in GoFundMe's charity directory.

How the Funds Will Be Handled (Full Transparency)

To ensure these critical funds reach the drilling project seamlessly, I am stepping in as the authorized Canada organizer:

• Collection: 100% of the donations raised here will be withdrawn into my personal Canadian bank account.

• Transfer: I will personally wire the entirety of these funds directly to InsytH2O Community Based Organization's official bank account in Kenya via secure international transfer.

• Accountability: I will post receipts, drilling contract confirmations, and direct updates from the ground in Narok County right here on this page so you can see exactly how your generosity is transforming lives.

Every dollar brings us closer to breaking ground on this borehole. Your support, no matter the amount, will directly provide Health, Dignity and Life to the Maasai Mara community.
