Hi friends! Here's an amazing opportunity to help Filipinos get access to clean drinking water. I will be personally traveling to these communities to install the systems since I live close by in Manila. We've partnered with a Filipino local, Dr. Reverand Genesis Saludares, who will provide the connection to the local community and the ability to speak the local language.
We've designed a plug-and-play system using locally available, affordable parts. The system is adaptable for rainwater, well water, or non-potable city water (details available here). Each community will require a unique design and a local plumber. We anticipate the cost of each system will run between $500 - $650, no more than $750 unless uncommon challenges are present.
All funds will be used exclusively for the following:
- Purchasing water treatment components
- Paying a local plumber for the installation
- Essential travel costs to reach each community
