Clayton Miller was found dead on May 6, 1990. He disappeared during a police raid at a secluded outdoor party area called "the nest" in New Waterford, NS on the night of May 4, 1990.
Several people travelled the area of the nest on May 5, 1990 (including the spot on which Clayton's body was discovered on May 6, 1990). Clayton's body was not there. The New Waterford, NS Police deny having the boy in custody from May 4, 1990 to May 6, 1990.
Police photos of the boys body, documented evidence and years of investigation by the family of Clayton Miller, clearly show the murder of this boy and cover-up afterwards.
A recent investigation was conducted, however, it was not done thoroughly and left many unanswered questions as to exactly what happened to Clayton that fateful night. The Chief Medical Examiner along with S.I.R.T. have concluded there is no evidence of foul play. Both the M.E. and S.I.R.T. have not provided, nor have bothered to investigate further into the mountains of evidence and witness statements to determine exactly what happened. In order for this case to be solved, the family will need to do their own private investigaton. This process does come with a hefty price that the family can not pay for on their own.
I, Lisa Cameron, am asking those who would like to help the Miller family to seek proper justice and uncover the truth to donate whatever amount you can. The Millers generally do not accept donations because their lawyer is Pro Bono. Under these circumstances monies raised will go to continue the investigation in getting justice for Clayton Miller. A seperate bank account has been set up just for this cause and has 2 names on it. In order for any money to be released from GOFUNDME, both parties will have to be present and accounted for.
