Clay Massey’s Lymphoma treatment.

Hi, my name is Jeff Massey and I am raising money for my son Clay Massey’s Lymphoma cancer treatments.

Let me tell you a little about Clay, he is 23 years old that loves to be outdoors fishing, riding four wheelers, camping, working on vehicles and spending time with his family. Clay was recently diagnosed with a large tumor in his stomach and was diagnosed with Lymphoma.

This was very unsuspecting news that any parent never wants to hear that your child has cancer. Clay and I own a small septic and grading business. Clay is unable to work right now and he is getting ready to start chemotherapy. Being self employed, this will mean that his income will be limited durning this long process and during the unknown duration of treatments.

For those who know Clay knows that he would give the shirt off his back to help anyone that needed help. If his friends called and asked for Clay to come and help them he would drop what he was doing and go help and not ask for anything in return.

So, we are asking that if you can show Clay some love during these trying times and give some money to help with the upcoming medical treatment and any other expenses that may come along with this disease he would greatly appreciate it. If you are unable to give any money all we ask is that you share this and continue to pray for a quick recovery.

Update on Clay’s condition. Today on October 25, 2023 we met with Clay’s oncologist in Hendersonville NC. Dr Tremont and he told us that Clay has Burkitt Lyphoma which is a rare type of cancer. Right now Clay is in the process of being transferred from Pardee Hospital to Prisma Health Cancer Institute in Greenville SC for treatments. We do not know how long Clay will have to stay in the hospital at this time but they said at least a week after his first treatment. Then if he gets to come home he will have to make multiple trips and have multiple stays in the hospital. Any and all help and prayers are greatly needed and appreciated.
