Hi, it's time to plan our 25-year reunion, and we need your help!
We have secured the venue; we have booked our DJ; we have beer, wine and food included; all we need is your support and your company! We have 25 years' worth of stories and blunders to share. Hope to see you there!
The venue we have booked is: Ramada by Wyndham, 52890 State Rd 933, South Bend, IN 46637 (Formerly Waterford Estates Lodge South Bend)
When: August 13th 6 PM - 11 PM
The cost for this venue is around $15,000 to accommodate an estimated 250 classmates and their significant other(s). This cost will average out to be about $60 per person. Rather than making that a required ticket price, we have decided to make this event available to everyone regardless if they can afford the additional expense. So, in order to make this event possible, we will rely on the generosity of our classmates that can spare a few extra bucks.
If you can donate $60, $100 or more per person attending, that will be fantastic! Our reunion will be made possible by those who can give. I plan on donating a little extra and hope that you can too!
Any funds collected that are in addition to the requirements of this event will be spent on this event and other reunion events taking place the same weekend. This could include prizes, liquor, entertainment and/or admission to The Eastrace Whitewater Rafting or Rum Village Zip Lining.
