My girlfriend and I were heading out for some dinner on September 12, 2019, when we were riding the scooter a big SUV cut us and I had to hit the breaks and we slid to the right. She fractured her ankle and I fractured my clavicle in the accident. Our insurance covers the surgery but not the titanium plates needed to restore our bones. Please help us out
