Claudia Mehall Memorial Scholarship

Claudia Mehall graduated as the valedictorian of the senior class of 1973 at Forest Hills High School. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Clarion University and a master’s from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. At the time of her death, Claudia served as the Supervisor of Special Education and School Psychologist at Forest Hills School District. This scholarship was created by her family to honor her life and work and will be awarded to a student who demonstrates a record of volunteer work and community service and who plans to study special education, psychology, or a related field.
