HOW TO TUNE IN?
1) Download and login to Zoom ( https://zoom.us/ ) accessible from your phone, tablet or computer.
2) Select the correct link from the schedule to join the class! Password is always: yoga
3) When you join the class, please turn on your video and MUTE yourself. Turning on your video is recommended but not mandatory.
4) Follow me on Instagram @kirstenwicklund for links to playlists and class time updates...

Please Consider: having a yoga mat + water + blocks or a stool. Turn off or silence any additional devices or distractions. Stay for the duration of class - this will allow us to connect and we can feel as much as possible like this is a real class, sharing our energy with one another and enjoying moving together!
Contributions you make to this fund will go towards supporting artistic projects that I pursue in my field as I navigate my position as a choreographer, professional dance artist and teacher who has been layed off indefinitely during COVID-19.
