On May 10, 2018 our adventure loving Clark Willard was in a life changing ATV accident. He was sent by ambulance to Wausau hospital after x-rays showed a broken left hip-orthopedic doctor explained this is the strongest bone in our body and to break it the impact had to of been intense. He also has a fractured C5 which puts him in a neck brace, both shoulders were fractured with the right arm and hand losing a lot of dexterity, Lastly there are 3 vertebrates in his lower back that are also fractured. He spent 3 days in ICU then was moved to post surgical ward and is now on an intense physical therapy floor. His medical bills mount daily and the recovery road will be long and hard. He has made progress and I was pleased to see him up in wheelchair and or chair in room this last Saturday! He is a young man that loves life, his family and work with Sand Valley. His positive can do attitude and support of Chelsea, family and friends will be a help but the mounting medical bills are looming. Please do what you can to help Clark stay on his feet as he continues to heal as he is still in hospital.
