Clarisia Brown & Family

The purpose of this fundraiser is to aid Clarisia Brown’s family after the devastation her family suffered during the tornado that hit Pontotoc, MS in the early morning hours on Saturday, April 1st, 2023.

Clarisia joined Cooley Transport’s CDL Training School in December, 2022, and was employed upon completion of the training. She has been a great asset to our company. During the night of the tornado, Clarisia was traveling through Nashville, TN when she received a call that her sister’s house had been hit by the tornado. Her sister, Kelsay Dean, was keeping both of Clarisia’s children, Trinity, age 5 and Tristen, age 10. During the call, Clarisia was advised that her son Tristen had not yet been found. A few hours later, he was found in a neighbor’s yard and rushed to the hospital. Clarisia’s sister Kelsay has 4 children of her own. All 6 of the children have suffered bodily injuries of some sort and are in the recovering process. Kelsay has suffered from a broken neck, broken bones in her chest and also in her spine. Her permanent damage is unknown at this time. Kelsay’s husband Jason did not survive his injuries.
While the family would appreciate any monetary help, they mainly ask that each person that reads this remember them in your prayers in the coming days as they have so much to sort through and figure out.

Let’s pull together as a community and help this family all we can. We appreciate any and all donations.
