I am creating this Gofundme Page for my Beautiful Mentor, Friend, my Mama Clarice Da Mota.

Update: Clarice's Surgery will be on August 19th. She will be have a Mastectomy and reconstructed surgery. Hospital stated her insurance will be some but not all. Ballpark figure is already in the 10,000. Thank you to those who have donated. Update: Clarice's surgery has been delayed due to her surgeon now saying they need to check her other other breast for cancer. She is definitely getting a mastectomy in her left breast. Please keep praying that her right breast is okay and she won't need a double mastectomy. Thank you for those who have donated and shared this page. Jeannie. 

Last month in June, Clarice found out that she has Phase 1 Stage Breast Cancer in one of her Breasts.  She is undergoing genetics testing, more MRI's and even has to take a Covid 19 test this month before she goes into surgery on July 8th.  Hospital does not know yet which will be done lumpendectomy or Mastectomy. Most likely Mastectomy so she won't have a reoccurance.  Radiation treatments will also be given. Her insurance will cover the minimum. I am hoping that we can help her out with whatever we can. 

Clarice has given so much to this world, to Mother Earth to us Goddesses. She has taught us so much and it breaks my heart to have to be asking for help because of something so unfortunate. 

For those who knew Clarice was also in the middle of her move to be near her Grandson whom she loves dearly, Leo, to NC. Due to this diagnosis, she has to find a new home again in VA while going through her cancer treatments.
