Our amazing friend, Clare, and her three daughters, lost their home in the Cachagua fire in Carmel Valley on August 18.
She and her girls are in dire need, whatever we raise is the only funds they have to start over. In the meantime, friends are providing support and shelter until they are able to get back on their feet.
As you can imagine, having had to quickly grab valuables, leaving pets behind as police ordered them to leave while the fire was a quarter mile away and headed toward their home. As 2020 has been an absolute terrible year for all of us, this has added an unbelievable tragedy to our dear friend and her three girls.
