Clara Thomas - British Under 18s Powerlifting Champion

Clara Thomas, has been invited to represent Great Britain in in the World Sub-Junior Powerlifting Championships, taking place in Costa Rica this August.

Clara, a 17-year-old from Croydon, is the current British Sub-Junior Powerlifting Champion, a title she won this March after only a year and a half of training. Her hard work and dedication resulted in 3 impressive personal best lifts in the squat, bench press and deadlift, giving her a massive total of 320kg.

Clara was delighted to be selected for the British Team and now needs to raise funds to contribute towards her flight and accommodation for her trip to Costa Rica this August.
