My name is Samantha Dawson and I am pursuing a degree in TV/Film Production at Brooklyn College. I'm thrilled to share with you a passion project I've been working on - the creation of a short film titled 'Clara'.

The narrative follows Clara, a young woman struggling with unresolved issues surrounding her absent mother. Set against the backdrop of a single night, a first date with Blayne, a seemingly shallow and attractive man, forces her to confront her own desires for connection and vulnerability. The film unfolds as a testament to the resilience we find within ourselves and the lasting impact of maternal bonds.
