Williams Family Fire Fund

Betty, 89, and her son Jamie lost their home and their beloved pit bull, Willy, to a fire on Saturday Dec 20, 2014. The fire affected the living room, kitchen, dining room, hallway, and bathrooms. There was also severe smoke damage to the bedrooms.

We are raising funds to help with everyday expenses to help them get along until they are able to return home. Betty needs to replace medications and medical supplies (blood pressure cuff, walker, etc). She had a motorized scooter, which was in the living room, and completely destroyed. The only items that remained from the kitchen were her cast iron pans. Everything else will have to be replaced.
Also, their surviving dog, Shoebootie, had to have emergency care, and the vet bills are not over yet.  She was placed in an oxygen tank for 24 hours under constant supervision. She also has ulcers in her eyes from the smoke, which requires mediciation to heal. She is home now, but multiple vet visitations will be in her future.

The rebuilding process is going to be a long one, so every bit helps! Thank you for taking the time to help out our family!
