Our beloved Mum, Nanny, Daughter, Sister and Auntie suddenly passed away on the 15th of February unexpectedly! Claire always had a love for horses and instead of flowers our wish is to get her a horse and carriage to carry her on her last journey to lay her to rest with the angels, a donation of the price of a bouquet to make this happen from family and friends would be very much appreciated
