Hi everyone my name is Peta. I am Sam's auntie. I am am starting this go fund me page for Sam, Dean, Jo and Alex to help with the cost of Sam's extensive medical and rehabilitation needs.
Sam is 16 and has great dreams and much potential for his future which now sit in the balance.
Sam had a motorbike accident on Sunday night and is in the Alfred hospital with severe head injuries which will be followed by at least six months intensive rehabilitation.
