During our stay at the Lucas Resort Hotel in Didim, my partner and I met a tiny kitten who completely stole our hearts. Unlike the other kittens around the hotel, he didn’t have a mother or siblings — but he had the sweetest nature and just wanted love and cuddles. He followed us everywhere, always seeking affection, and one evening we found him waiting on our doorstep. The moment he walked into our room, curled up on our bed, and started purring, we knew he had chosen us.

The next day, we couldn’t find him anywhere until later that night when we saw him hobbling toward us, struggling to walk on one of his legs. It broke our hearts to see him in pain, hiding in a bush and unable to move properly. I couldn’t bear to leave him like that, so I gently wrapped him in a towel, brought him to our room, and called a private vet to collect him and give him the care he needed.

From that moment, Kevin became part of our family. Now, we can’t imagine leaving him behind to face life on the streets. We’ve started this GoFundMe to raise the funds needed to bring Kevin safely from Turkey to the UK, where he can live a happy, healthy life surrounded by love.
