I have been serving at the Father's House Church of Oroville, CA for 2 and a half years now. I am completing my internship and plan to serve for more time since I believe God has called me here in Oroville out of all places!
I love to minister to anyone I meet and to become a pastor is my goal.
I have applied for an R-1 visa since January 2017 and I was denied my visa on 09/27/2018. My last chance is to appeal the decision which will require me to paying for an immigration lawyer. A lawyer is necessary to help me fix what needs to be fixed.
I have 2 WEEKS to get the case filed.
The lawyer fees are expensive because the deadline is short.
I am asking if my friends could help me finance the fees. I have put $4,700 because the lawyer might cost $4,000 and the filing fees to USCIS are around $700.
