Over 20 years ago, Dr. Terry Weiss founded Deer Park Family Doctors with the goal of creating a healing sanctuary for her patients. A close-knit family of staff, patients, and friends was quickly established and exists to this day.

Her abrupt passing has reminded us all of the compassion she brought to patient care, and the love and laughter she instilled in the practice. It is our duty and mission to ensure her legacy lives on. The memory and spirit of Dr. Weiss and her ever-present companion, Maisie, will forever live within the walls of Deer Park Family Doctors

To honor Dr. Weiss’s memory and celebrate her life, we are raising funds to install a tree and bench outside the practice to ensure those who knew her will always have a place to remember and reflect upon her love and kindness.
