Hey, I am competing in the HYROX competition in London on the 4th May 2025 and will be raising money for Macmillan Cancer Support running up to the event.

HYROX is a fitness competition/challenge devised of 8 functional strength challenges (ski erg, rowing, sled pull, etc...) split up by 8 x 1km laps. This is my first time competing in one of these competitions and it's a great opportunity to raise some money for an important cause.
