Dear Friends and Family,

You may know him as "C.K. Yu," but to us, he's our dad. Sadly, he was recently diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer, which has now started to spread to his lungs as well. He has been undergoing chemotherapy since late December, but the results have not been as effective as we hoped. Given the nature of pancreatic cancer, his doctor has recommended a cutting-edge treatment - proton therapy. A less invasive approach offering greater precision and has shown promising results.

Unfortunately, proton therapy is not yet available in South Korea, but it is expected to be introduced later this year. In the meantime, the nearest country offering this treatment is Japan. The cost of the two sessions required is approximately $100,000. Our family is currently facing some financial challenges, and we are unable to cover the full amount. We still need to raise $50,000 to make this treatment possible for our dad.
