Justice for Roman

My little brother was taken from our family Tuesday May 30, 2017. He was only 18.. Roman was shot by a police officer 3 times; twice in the abdomin and once in the head. Unfortunately the shot to the head is the one that took his life. We have little information on exactly what happened, though from what we do know is as he was surrendering, his life was taken away. My family is in need of help with his funeral service, and the justice of his case. Our family has been left in the dark, we would like to know why his life was taken so suddenly and if it was the right thing for the officers to do. Or if it is just another police brutality case.
