Dear family and friends;

I’m organizing this fund raiser for Juan Jose Garavito, my sister’s husband.
Juan Jose suffered a head injury on the evening of June 8th. and  his future is unknown. He has been in the ICU since last Monday. The doctors have performed several CT scans and have found bleeding inside the layers that cover his brain. He was the main support for his family as my sister was working part time and full time student. They have been living in Canada for the past 2 and half years looking for a better future and with the intention of one day expanding their little family.  At this moment they
only have each other and with the
Coronavirus crisis my sister is not even able to be with him and comfort him in any way. She 
gets daily reports by phone only.  Juan Jose is only 36 years old he was healthy and full of life! Always happy and ready for a new challenge, they were finally achieving their goals,  he had been approved for a longer working visa and my sister had just graduated this past April       and was looking for a full time job.  This tragedy has been devastating for her, and the uncertainty of his health is unbearable.

We would really appreciate any contribution as that might help my sister cover their essential expenses.

Queridos familiares y amigos; 

Estoy organizando una donación en nombre de mi cuñado, Juan José Garavito.  
Juan Jose, sufrió trauma craneal el Lunes, 8 de Junio causando hemorragia en las capas que cubren el cerebro. Fue transferido al hospital inmediatamente y se encuentra en terapia intensiva. Los doctores han realizado diferentes tomógrafias y otros estudios pero hasta el momento no se ha definido su situación.  El, era el proveedor principal de su familia ya que mi hermana trabajaba medio tiempo y era estudiante de tiempo completo.
Ana y JuanJo se mudaron a Cañada hace 2 años y medio con el ideal de tener un mejor futuro y algún día expander su pequeña familia. En este momento, con la crisis del Coronavirus, mi hermana no puede estar con su esposo, tan solo recibe una llamada de la enfermera que le da el reporte de su estado en general.
Juan Jose tan solo tiene 36 años, es un hombre lleno de vida y siempre ha buscado nuevos retos para logra sus objetivos. Hace un par de semanas lo habían aprobado para extender su visa de trabajo y mi hermana acababa de graduarse en Abril parecía que todo iba viento en popa! Esta tragedia ha sido devastadora para mi hermana y no saber el pronóstico de la salud de su esposo es realmente desgarrador.
