People of Ely & ⚽️ - A collection pot has been set up for Spuddy who unfortunately suffered a nasty Knee injury in our 2-0 win over Harleston at the weekend. An official diagnosis is yet to be confirmed due to the Knee still being so swollen. MRI scans have been booked in for a few weeks to hopefully give us some positive news
With Spud being self employed as a PT & a football coach this injury has sadly meant he’s going to be bed bound for a period of time and unable to work.
Spud has been an ever present in our side this season and is someone we are lucky to have as a player and a teammate.
It goes without saying that no donation is too small and would be greatly appreciated to make Spuds recovery that little bit easier.
