Vickie Jenkins, a long time employee at Grays Harbor College who has worked in their book store for over 18 years was recently diagnosed with stomach/gastric cancer. She will be starting chemotherapy soon. The money raised from this GoFundMe will be used to help her family with medical and living expenses as she fights this battle.
There will also be a fundraiser for Vickie on Saturday, June 1st at the Raymond Elks Lodge starting at 4pm. The fundraiser will include a French Dip Dinner, live auction, silent auction, and entertainment that evening. Tickets are $25 each and are available at the Raymond Elks Lodge or by making contact through this GoFundMe. Tickets will also be available at the door.
