Rufus High, our friend and colleague, was recently diagnosed with Brain Cancer.  He came to work one day and wasn't acting like himself so his supervisor sent him to the hospital.  That was the day he found out that he had a brain tumor the size of a golf ball.  He was taken into surgery within days to remove the tumor.  He remains in the hospital at this time and has a long road to recovery.
Rufus has been a caregiver at Oakdale of La Mesa Senior Living Community for the past 16 years.  His coworkers describe him as someone who always wears a smile.  His positive energy is contagious and he is quick to let everyone know that he is a Huge Chicago Bears Fan.
