Fighting my way through cancer

Hiya my names Donna and I’ve been fighting advanced stage liver cancer now for nearly 3 years now. I originally set this page up after friends asked to donate to help get me a wig but after my health taking massive turn for the worst in September I decided it was best after speaking to people who had donated to use this to make memories with my gorgeous boys. I’ve recently become a single parent and I’ve realised that spending time and making the most of each day is what counts as my boys are still very young being only 5 and 12. I’m currently in chemotherapy to help keep tumours at bay and give me as much time as possible with the boys but this has had its own down falls as chemo is so hard on the body. I have lost my thyroid, had colostomy bag fitted and most recently my bowel perforated which nearly killed me leaving me in hospital for 6 wks. I’m currently recovering and hoping I can have some good health over Xmas and make this so special. I’ve been overwhelmed with the kindness of people who have wanted to help me make memories with the boys and appreciate it more than anything ❤️
