Farewell celebration

Respectfully  I waited for Ernies family to reach their goal for cremation and other expenses, but now we have reached the time to fundraise for a beautiful farewell ceremony and celebration for our beautiful Ernie Acosta. Ernie’s  sudden passing  has devastated, shocked and brought a deep sense of sadness to our hearts. Ernie touched many lives. With a magnetic personality and a love for art, music, culture, drinking and fun- Our shining star has journeyed  into another world.

For Those of us that knew Ernie, we know that his heart was in San Francisco and that San Francisco was a place he called home.  He built a life here and a strong community.  We need to have a proper farewell to our beloved Ernie Acosta. 

I am working with many people that loved Ernie to find a space/ venue to hold a proper celebration. I will release all details as soon as I have some answers- The potential day  we are looking at is the Sunday of Pride weekend. June 24. Rest In Peace Ernie.
