CJ Needs A Lifesaving Boost- Help This Sweet Pup Recover.

Hi, my name is CJ and I’m a 9-year-old Blue Heeler with a big heart and a little troublemaker streak.

A few days ago, I accidentally got into a bag of joint chews my mom bought for me — I thought they were snacks! At first, I felt okay, but then things took a scary turn. I started getting really sick — vomiting, diarrhea, and just feeling awful. My amazing mom, who works so hard as a single mama to take care of our little family, rushed me to the vet (she works there!) where they ran tests and found out my liver values were dangerously high.

Since then, I’ve been on IV fluids, special meds, and lots of rest. I even had to go home with a fancy medical setup so Mom could keep caring for me around the clock. She’s doing everything she can to help me recover, but my condition took a sudden turn again and things are more serious than we thought. I may need an ultrasound soon to find out what’s really going on.

My mom is my hero — she’s juggling work, bills, and being my nurse — but the vet costs are becoming too much for her to carry alone. That’s why we’re asking for help.
