Hi, my name is CJ. About 6 months ago, I got very sick and ended up in the hospital. At the time, I was working a great job, but it was through a temp agency. Due to how much time I had to take off to take care of myself, the temp agency didn’t extend the contract, and I lost my job.

I started working for DoorDash while I look for another job. I wasn’t able to keep up with rent, and I had to leave my apartment of 18 years. To worsen everything, my car died on me. I’ve been doing my best to look for a new job, but I’ve had to couch hop to different friends so I don’t end up on the street.

I'm trying to either fix my car or maybe junk it and try to find something that I can replace it with. Also, just some money I can give my friend for allowing me to stay here and groceries and things.

Anything helps, obviously. It’s hard to even be here asking for this, but I figure I might give it a try. Much appreciated.
