CJ LaTella's Medical Fund

First and foremost I would like to thank you for taking the time to read this.

My name is Camille Latella, whether you are a parent spouse or sibling you will be moved by CJ's circumstances.  Situations like this shouldn't happen to good people.

CJ Latella is a mother to Grace Latella who is 12 years old and the loving wife to my brother, Rocco Latella, they presently reside in Florida.  Several years ago, CJ was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis.  This is a neurological disease in which the immune system eats away at the protective covering of the nerves and is incurable. 

This disease effects your vision, balance, causes pain and spasms throughout the body.  It also causes weakness and fatigue along with vertigo and severe dizziness.  In most cases people with this disease  eventually suffer complete paralysis.  This past November, CJ had to be rushed to the hospital as she was suffering a relapse.  She spent a total of 6 weeks in the hospital not able to walk, speak clearly and had vision problems.  After going through a battery of testing the doctors noticed additional lesions on the brain or as they refer to them as black matter which means the disease is progressing.  After this diagnosis, CJ was placed into the physical theraphy wing of the hospital where she underwent extensive PT, RT and speech theaphy.  CJ is a dedicated mother and wife and she has dedicated herself to improving her community and providing a positive impact on everyone that she interacts with.

As you can imagine, medical expenses are piling up, with the most recent hospital stay totalling over $100,000.00, not to mention the cost of her meds which at this time are $7,000.00 per month.  As my brother Rocco is her primary care giver, between juggline his career, running the household and taking care of their daughter Grace, even with medical insurance the deductibles are astronomical....

Those of us that know CJ know she is a fighter and she will fight this disease like  no other.  Please take the time to support CJ and her family with both a donation and prayers.
