Drones are systematically hunting and killing civilians in Kherson. I work with multiple NGOs there. At the end of May 2025 the UN recognised "Human Safari" as a war crime.
This fundraiser is used to buy lifesaving drone detectors for emergency service vehicles and essential volunteers.
Drone detectors save lives by warning people of nearby drones.
1 drone detector = ~ €150, ~£130. every donation helps.
One drone detector can protect a whole car/group of volunteers. The volunteers are then able to keep helping hundreds of other people who can't survive without.
Project stats (Dec-Oct):
- 100+ drone detectors provided
- 37 protective vests
- 49 groups covered
- = ~300 volunteers and emergency responders
- 27k+ gathered, spent and accounted for
- Multiple reports of lives saved - see the photos below
What do the people who receive the detectors do?
1) evacuation of civilians from most dangerous zones
2) delivery of essential supplies (medicines, food)
3) providing emergency medical, rescue services and infrastructure repairs
We've started a project Instagram for visible updates: Anti Human Safari Instagram

past updates:
I have also provided 7 protective vests which were requested by volunteers who specialise in evacuation - these protect against shrapnel in the case of an attack.
russian drone operators are training by chasing and killing anyone they see. Many 'First Person View' drones are crowdfunded in russian Telegram channels - the soldiers who receive them often post videos of the people they chase back into the channels.
Cars are especially targeted. Two volunteers from my neighbourhood were murdered just in November. One neighbour I know was driving away with another car behind, it was hit, there was a 12-year-old girl inside.
My grandmother can't leave the house. Public transport doesn't come down our 'road of death' since a drone dropped a grenade into the skylight of a minibus on the 1st of December.
