We need 15,000 people to donate $5.00 or more to reach our goal.
The DEWA Civilian Assistance Center is being established to help civilians who are experiencing unexplained neurological, sensory, or environmental disturbances document what they are going through and access support resources.
While recent public attention has focused on Havana Syndrome and Anomalous Health Incidents (AHI) affecting government personnel, civilians across the country have reported similar experiences but often have no structured place to document incidents, seek guidance, or receive support.
The DEWA Civilian Assistance Center will provide a responsible civilian reporting, medical testing and documentation resource dedicated to documentation, support and rehabilitation.
What the Center Will Do
The Center will help individuals:
• Document experiences through structured Civilian Incident Reports
• Receive guidance on medical testing and evaluation when symptoms occur
• Access support resources and referrals
• Ensure incidents are responsibly documented for research and public-safety awareness
• Help develop a civilian documentation database to better understand patterns and trends
The goal is not to speculate about causes, but to ensure people experiencing these incidents are taken seriously, documented responsibly, and directed toward appropriate support and medical evaluation.
Why This Matters
Many civilians reporting neurological disruptions or unusual environmental disturbances face a difficult challenge:
• They often do not know where to report incidents
• They may be misunderstood or dismissed
• There is no clear civilian documentation structure
The DEWA Civilian Assistance Center aims to provide a safe, structured, and responsible place for documentation and support.
How Donations Will Help
Your support will help us establish the first pilot Civilian Assistance Center, including:
• Office space for civilian assistance services
• Secure documentation and reporting systems
• Research and data documentation tools
• Public safety education materials
• Medical and professional referral coordination
• Outreach and awareness to ensure civilians know where to turn
Every donation helps move this mission forward.
Our Vision
Our long-term goal is to establish a national network of civilian assistance centers that support responsible documentation, public safety awareness, referrals for medical testing, treatment and rehabilitation for affected individuals.
How You Can Help
If you believe civilians deserve a place to document their experiences, access support, and be taken seriously, please consider supporting this effort.
Even small contributions help us build the foundation for this important work.
Donate today and help establish the DEWA Civilian Assistance Center.
