My name is Marcus Allen Sr, father of Marcus Allen Jr. whom was misidentified by MBN (undercovers) while sitting in his parked vehicle on May 10, 2022 which resulted in my son being dragged from his vehicle, beaten, tased, and threaten to be killed by MBN. MBN failed to identify themselves as such or any type of law enforcement. MBN also failed to ask for identification. His civil rights were violated and now being charged by MBN because they failed protocol. My son is not nor has ever been a criminal, not even a traffic ticket. My son getting ready to graduate and also have big dreams and aspirations after graduation and now he have felony charges pending against him before he starts college. We have to take a stand and protect our children. This will not happen to no one else’s child…we have to put an end to this once and for all..any and everything is greatly appreciated
