In February of 2021, Texas experienced an unusual wave of winter storms that brought prolonged freezing temperatures.  Many people experienced extended power outages and other related issues including sky high utility bills and home damage from burst water pipes. 

We have identified a list of affected employees who could use a bit of help. As City Employees, we would love to rally together and support each other after this difficult event. All contributions will be pooled together and then disbursed to the employees after the gofundme fees have been paid. 

There will be a separate opportunity to donate paid leave time if you are unable to donate funds at this time.
