If you're like Liz & I, we feel very fortunate to be weathering this unprecedented global pandemic at home with family in a fully stocked kitchen, connected with friends via social media.

'Quarantine Kitchen' caught on as a way to stay together and stay positive in an online presence and showcase the delicious food we (or our mothers) made.

At the same time, social distancing being our only avenue of aiding others still feels like a helpless endeavor and that more can be done to give to others when the system has recently failed so many people in so many ways.
