Citizens' Climate Chicago had a record year in 2024 and we have big plans for 2025. Up until now, the chapter has operated exclusively on the generosity of group leaders and active members. It's time we give all members an opportunity to contribute. Whether or not you have the time to participate, you can be assured that your money will be going to a good cause.
Donate what you can to help us do great things in 2025. Our goal is $1000. If just 20 people donate $50 we achieve our goal. Some plans we have with these funds:
- Food and materials (e.g., venue fees, postcard stamps) for select Meetup.com events
- Meetup.com account fees ($300)
- Tabling fees e.g., at volunteer fairs
- Tabling materials (e.g., banners, clipboards, laminates)
- Scholarship stipends for July conference in DC
- Promotional materials (e.g., stickers, pens, etc.)
All funds will have direct benefit and eligibility for all members of Citizens' Climate Chicago.
