Cissy Caple is living by herself in Elgin, TX and the taxes on her farm are past due. She is broke although she teaches piano and makes jewlery, but it isn't enough $2500 is due by July 07,2017.
She tried to sell half her land, but her realtor would not show the land (plus was charging hre 10% of any sale. She had some people walk onto the property and wanted to buy it but their funding fell through. last week.
If she cannot raise $2500. by July 7th the apprasail district will take her land and sell it to get the taxes that are due.
Cissy is a good person, her husband passed away in April 2017. She is alone and really needs help.
