Hello, my name is Luisa, better known to everyone as Tia Negra.

A few months ago I was diagnosed with problems with my heart and I have to have open heart surgery to replace the mitral valve. My cardiologist made me an observation that I should have surgery before six months after the diagnosis since it could have a terrible impact on my health if I didn't do the same. I have been hospitalized on different occasions and they have managed to stabilize me. I am currently in the process of documenting all the requirements that are asked of me so that different organizations to which I have applied can give me financial aid since this operation is very expensive because it will be an open heart intervention. I have already been waiting for 5 months for everything to be ready for me to have the surgery and my life is not in danger.

I have high expenses for medicine, blood pressure, anticoagulants, tachycardia, diuretics, cholesterol, thyroid, food due to a special diet based on protein and fiber. All this as a consequence of the lack of oxygen in my blood. There is also transportation to the John Hopkins hospital in Baltimore MD. which is at a distance of 1 hour 15 minutes from my residence.

This cause is important to me because I would use these funds for the expenses of medicine, food and transportation, which are as important as the surgery.

Hola me llamo Luisa mas conocida por todos como la Tia negra.

hace unos meses me diagnosticaron problemas en mi corazón y me tengo que hacer una cirugia de corazon abierto para reemplazar la válvula mitral. Mi cardiologo me hizo una observación que debería de operarme antes de que cumpla los seis meses despues del diagnóstico ya que podría repercutir de una manera atroz en mi salud de no hacer la misma. Yo he estado hospitalizada en diferentes ocasiones y han logrado estabilizarme. Actualmente estoy en proceso de documentos y todos los requisitos que me piden para que diferentes organizaciones a la cual he aplicado puedan darme la ayuda financiera ya que dicha operación es muy costosa porque será una intervención a corazón abierto. Ya llevo 5 meses en la espera de que todo esté listo para que me hagan la cirugía y mi vida no corra peligro.

Tengo gastos altos en medicina para, tensión arterial, anticoagulantes, taquicardia, diuréticos, colesterol, tiroides, comida por dieta especial basada en proteínas y fibra. Todo esto a consecuencias de la falta de oxígeno en mi sangre. También está el transporte hasta el hospital John Hopkins en la ciudad de Baltimore MD. el cual queda a una distancia de 1 hora 15 minutos desde mi residencia.

Esta causa es importante para mi porque Estos fondos los utilizaría para los gastos de medicina, comida y transporte que son tan importantes como la cirugía.
