Hello everyone, my name is Paola Rangel Marquez. I am 16 years old, I am currently going through a very important moment in my life, since on December 13, 2024 I was diagnosed with the disease of terminal stage 4 chronic renal failure, unfortunately my 2 kidneys are not fully functioning, and this means that I have to be on dialysis 3 days a week. This has been a very strong blow in my life for me and my family. Both emotionally and economically. But I have the faith and hope to reach the goal of my recovery in the name of God.
