With heavy hearts, we share the passing of our beloved Cirene Rachael Nowicki. From proudly serving in the US Army to earning a Bachelor's Degree and becoming a devoted wife and mother, Cirene's journey touched countless lives. To support her husband, Luis Estepa, and children Christian and Camila, I created this GoFundMe to assist the family during this challenging time.
