Hi, I'm Alex Smith. Since I was a child I have always loved to perform. I was 7 years old when my grandfather showed me my first magic trick at a little dinner in Sacramento. I will never forget the joy and befuddlement I felt when the coffee creamer turned into a half dollar. That one moment impacted my life and it's become my purpose to create and pass on that magical feeling to others.

While I was growing up my interest in performing arts grew and I became interested in theater and acted in many plays. Later, performing became my source of income, starting with working at a magic shop leading into becoming a successful traveling street performer.


More recently I  auditioned for circus schools and I was accepted to a school in England called Circomedia. Please feel free to watch my audition video . Upon completion of a three year program, I will graduate with a BA degree in Circus Arts.

However, this BA is not cheap and not avalible in the US. I am reaching out to kind and generous people to help me with this endeavor. This has been a life long dream of mine and I hope a lack of money will not stop me from fulfilling it.
