Cindy’s New Kidney!!

Our long time good friend Cindy McLean (Schmitt) after ten years of waiting has finally found a matching kidney donor and her life saving surgery is scheduled for July 19, 2023 (her Birthday) Unfortunately she has been unable to secure a place to stay close to St Pauls Hospital where the surgery is going to happen. She will need to be in Vancouver for the surgery and for her after surgery care, with no where to stay they will have to hotel it. The B.C. Kidney foundation does not cover ANY of these expenses (accommodation, travel, etc) Projected cost is a minimum of 20,000. Our fundraising to get Cindy her new kidney is 25,000. We appreciate that these our somewhat difficult financial times and every little bit will help.
