Good afternoon, I am reaching out to everyone for help regards Cindy Tristan. We have received terrible news regards her health and she has been diagnosed with life threatening health problems. It is an expensive cost for her to undergo surgery and we are asking all of you guys to help us with what you can with the medical expenses. Anything is appreciated and once again will go directly to medical expenses.
